This workshop is designed to provide insight into the world of a child whose loved one is terminally ill. The focus will include explanations concerning truthfulness with regards to diagnosis and end of life care. Also addressed, the many communication issues that arise within the family during the illness. Finally, participants learn to support families in "The Gift of Goodbye."







At Olivia's House: A Grief and Loss Center for Children, we employ a Bereavement Specialist who holds over 25 years of experience in the field of grief and loss. As one of the premier centers in the nation, we are proud to provide professional trainings surrounding the most cutting edge topics of current education and research. We travel nationally for trainings or you can also learn on-site at Olivia's House.
