Our Staff


	Founder and Bereavement Specialist - Leslie Delp Leslie holds a B.S.Ed. in Elementary Education from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Towson University. Leslie is the owner of Grief and Bereavement Services, a private counseling practice. Leslie is the founder and now the Bereavement Specialist at Olivia's House - A Grief and Loss Center for children located in York, PA. She created the "Hearts Can Heal" Children's Bereavement Support Program, which is one of many educational programs offered to grieving families. Leslie has been blessed to learn from the "true experts in grief and loss", the hundreds of children who have graduated from the programs at Olivia's House - A Grief and Loss Center for Children. Like a healing quilt, Leslie weaves the broken threads of the personal loss of her son Kristopher, into a firm pattern of meaning. Each strand playing an integral role, she works to educate and support families in the Central Pennsylvania community and across the nation!

	Executive Director - K.C. Delp K.C. holds the position of Executive Director at Olivia's House. He graduated from McDaniel College with his Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with departmental honors in Communication and Film Production. He has been involved in the mission of Olivia's House from its beginning, serving on the first board of directors as the historian. His talents were nationally recognized when he was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Alliance of Grieving Children in June of 2009. He is ecstatic to put all his abilities to work for the outstanding mission of Olivia's House to honor the legacy of his brother Kristopher Eric!

	Development Director - Jim Poster Jim holds the position of Development Director at Olivia's House. Jim's first taste of fundraising came as a middle-schooler when he helped his family organize the Chris Poster Memorial 5K Run, a race that was held in memory of his brother. Since that first family run, Jim has over 20 years of non-profit development experience and has raised millions of dollars for various organizations in south central Pennsylvania. He is honored to be a part of the Olivia's House team.

	Program Coordinator - Michelle Baugher Michelle Baugher holds the position of Program Coordinator at Olivia's House. As such she works directly with all of our dedicated volunteers and assists in all things programs. Michelle recently graduated from Penn State-York, receiving her Bachelors of Communication with a minor in Business. Michelle's passion has been to work for a non-profit after graduation but was unclear as to where exactly life would lead her… until she discovered Olivia's House. In her moments away from Olivia's House, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and loved one, pampering her senior-aged Boxer, and going to Zumba class. She is simply delighted to be part of the Olivia's House team!

	Production Coordinator - Brett Greiman A graduate of the York Academy of Arts, Brett has worked for years as a muralist, illustrator, graphic designer and painter. He is an educator in fine and graphic arts and brings that wide range of knowledge and experience to his creative efforts at Olivia's House. As the Production Coordinator, he oversees much of the organization's visual communication and creative design including newsletters, posters, invitations, presentations, brochures, etc. In the near future Brett's skills will be put to use as we begin to produce our very own books and resources. There is plenty of creative opportunity ranging from concept development to production of printed pieces. And, all for a great cause!

	Door Greeter - Samantha Samantha came to Olivia's House when her owner, Bonnie Lloyd, worked as our Administrative Assistant. When Bonnie decided to take a trip around the world, she asked us if we would be interested in adopting Sam. Sam has made herself right at home with the children and she enjoys The Healing Garden of Hope more than anyone. Her ego is huge and she believes everyone is here to visit with her!
